  "heading": "Powers in relation to land: notices",
  "text": "(1) Section 56 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 applies to a notice required to be given or served under a specified provision of this Act as it applies to a notice required to be served under a provision to which that section applies.\n(2) The specified provisions are—\n(a) section 39;\n(b) section 41;\n(c) section 42 as it relates to the service of a notice by a person other than the Secretary of State;\n(d) section 47;\n(e) Schedule 6.",
