# The Space Industry Regulations 2021, Regulation 204: Prescribed role or capacity

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purposes of section 17(1)—
(a) a member of the crew is a prescribed role, and
(b) a spaceflight participant is a prescribed capacity.
