# The Spain (Extradition) (Dependent Territories) Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order extends the Spain (Extradition) Order 1986 to all British overseas territories and, for that purpose, applies Schedule 1 to the Extradition Act 1989 to them.
