# The Special Annual Allowance Charge (Protected Pension Input Amounts) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation commencement and effect


(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Annual Allowance Charge (Protected Pension Input Amounts) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 19th March 2010
(2) This Order shall have effect for the tax year 2009-10 and subsequent tax years.
