Article 3 Amendment of Schedule 35 to the Finance Act 2009

(1)

In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 7 (protected pension input amounts: general)—

(a)

omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (e), and

(b)

insert at the end

“, and

(g)
paragraph 13A makes provision about single contributions made in accordance with agreements entered into not later than 22 April 2009.”.

In sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 7 for “13” substitute “13A”.
