# The Special Charge Regulations 1968, Regulation 9


Functions relating to the administration and collection of the special charge may be exercised, subject to the Board's authority, by the Controller of Surtax and in his name; and any claim, application or notice to be made, given or sent to the Board in connection with the special charge shall be made, given or sent to the Controller of Surtax.
