# The Special Constables (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Special Constables Regulations 1965. New regulation 5A enables a police authority, with the approval of the Secretary of State, to pay special constables bounties in the circumstances, and of the amounts, set out in new Schedule 2.
