Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Special Constables (Amendment) Regulations 2002.

Regulation 2(2) shall come into force on 3rd February 2003 and all other provisions shall come into force on 10th January 2003.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
