# The Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and Interpretation


This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2001;
(b) This Order shall come into force on 31st August 2001
