# The Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 4: Amendment to the Principal Order


Paragraph 5 of the Principal Order shall be amended by the substitution of “1st January 2002” for “1st September 2001”.
