  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force on 30th May 2002 of certain provisions of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 for the purpose of allowing two sets of regulations to be made which: (1) designate a number of educational institutions which will become subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 once further provisions of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 have been commenced; and (2) introduce various measures concerning the alteration of leasehold premises in circumstances where those alterations are required to meet obligations created by that Part of that Act.\nThe provisions of Part 1 (special educational needs) and Part 3 (supplementary) of the Act are in force as summarised below.",
