  "text": "(1) The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 is amended as follows.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) In paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (duty of adjudicators to have regard to anti-discrimination duties of other bodies)—\n(a) omit “or”, at the end of sub-paragraph (a); and\n(b) after sub-paragraph (b), insert\n“or\n(c) Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995,”.\n(4) In Schedule 30 (minor and consequential amendments), omit paragraph 186(2)(b).",
