# The Special Educational Needs and Disability (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Review and expiry


(1) The Secretary of State must review the effectiveness of these Regulations during the period for which they have effect.
(2) These Regulations cease to have effect on 25th September 2020.
