  "heading": "Information to be included in notices sent by a home authority",
  "text": "Where a notice sent by a home authority must include the information set out in this regulation, that information is—\n(a) any requirement to obtain a certificate in accordance with section 55(4) or (5) of the Act (“a mediation certificate”) before an appeal can be made to the First-tier Tribunal ;\n(b) contact details for the mediation adviser that the appropriate person should contact to obtain that certificate;\n(c) the timescales for requesting mediation;\n(d) the requirement to inform the home authority if the appropriate person wishes to pursue mediation; and\n(e) contact details for any person acting on behalf of the home authority whom the appropriate person should contact if they wish to pursue mediation.",
