# The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014, Regulation 26: Securing a re-assessment of educational, health care and social care provision

Extent: E+W

(1) When securing a re-assessment of educational, health care and social care provision in a child or young person's EHC plan a local authority must comply with the requirements of regulations 6 and 7.
(2) Regulations 8 and 9 also apply to re-assessments.
