# The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014, Paragraph 2

The special educational provision and training provision the local authority expects to be made outside its area by persons specified in sub-paragraphs (a) to (g) of paragraph 1 for children and young people in its area with special educational needs or a disability.
