# The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014, Paragraph 8

Special educational provision and training provision the local authority expects to be made in relation to young people with special educational needs or a disability who have entered into an apprenticeship agreement within the meaning of section 32(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 or approved English apprenticeship agreement within the meaning of section A1(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
