  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 1st September 2014 as the day on which the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years comes into force. The Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice is issued by the Secretary of State under section 77 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and provides guidance on the exercise of functions under Part 3 of that Act.\nThe Code of Practice is available at www.gov.uk/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25 .\nNo impact assessment has been prepared for this Order as there is no impact on the private and voluntary sector.",
