# The Special Educational Needs (Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) Order 2015, Article 2: Appointed Day


The day appointed for the coming into force of the “Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years” (a copy of a draft of which was laid before each House of Parliament on 28th January 2015) is 1st April 2015.
