# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 16: Amendment to the Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005


In regulation 22(b) of the Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005 (applicable requirements in respect of an adoption agency before the child enters the United Kingdom), at the end, insert “or the Children and Families Act 2014”.
