  "text": "(1) The School Information (England) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the definitions of “special educational needs” and “special educational provision”.\n(3) For paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on a school’s website) substitute—\n“10. The report prepared by the governing body or the proprietor under section 69(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014 (SEN information report).”.",
