# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 31: Amendment to the Education (Individual Pupil Information) (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2009


In regulation 2(2)(b) of the Education (Individual Pupil Information) (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2009 (interpretation)—
(a) for “Part IV of the Act (special educational needs)” substitute “Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (children and young people in england with special educational needs or disabilities)”; and
(b) for “section 321(3) of the Act” substitute “section 24(1) of that Act”.
