# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 36: Amendment to the Education (Independent Educational Provision in England) (Provision of Information) Regulations 2010


For paragraph 5(1) of Part 3 of the Schedule to the Education (Independent Educational Provision in England) (Provision of Information) Regulations 2010 (information required in an initial return), substitute—
“(1) The number of students at the school for whom a local authority maintain an EHC plan under section 37 of the Children and Families Act 2014.”.
