In paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Arrangements for Placement of Children by Voluntary Organisations and Others (England) Regulations 2011 (general considerations to which responsible authorities are to have regard in reviewing the child’s case) for “Education Act 1996” substitute “Children and Families Act 2014”.
