# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 41: Amendment to the Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2012


In regulation 1(3) of the Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2012 (citation, commencement, application and interpretation) in sub-paragraph (b) of the definition “16-19 provider” omit the words “or learning difficulties” to the end.
