# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 42: Amendment to the National Health Service Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012


In Schedule 1 to the National Health Service Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012 (additional persons for whom a CCG has responsibility)—
(a) in paragraph 4(2)(d) for the words “a statement of special educational needs” to the end substitute “an EHC plan made under section 37 of the Children and Families Act 2014”; and
(b) in paragraph 8(1)(a) for the words “a statement of special educational needs” to the end substitute “an EHC plan made under section 37 of the 2014 Act”.
