# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 43: Amendment to the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Schemes for Assisting Persons to Obtain Employment) Regulations 2013


In Regulation 3 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Schemes for Assisting Persons to Obtain Employment) Regulations 2013 (schemes for assisting persons to obtain employment)—
(a) in paragraph (8B)(b)(ii) after “subject to” insert—
“an EHC plan or to”; and
(b) in paragraph (9) before the definition of “Learning Difficulty Assessment” insert—
““EHC plan” means a plan maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.
