  "text": "(1) The Inter-authority Recoupment (England) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.\n(2) For regulation 4(1)(a) (cases in which recoupment is required: English home authority, Welsh providing authority) substitute —\n“(a) a child for whom an EHC plan is maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.\n(3) For regulation 5(1)(a) (cases in which recoupment is required: English home authority, English providing authority), substitute——\n“(a) a child for whom an EHC plan is maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.",
