# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 46: Amendment to the School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013


In regulation 2(1) of the School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013 (interpretation) omit the definition of “special educational needs”.
