# The Special Educational Needs (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 9: Amendment to the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002


In regulation 5B(9)(b)(ii) and (iii) of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002 (work with adults) for “section 312” each time it occurs, substitute “section 579”.
