  "text": "(1) The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 20, before paragraph (1), insert—\n“(ZA) This regulation applies where a local authority carry out a review of an EHC plan and the child or young person concerned attends a school or other institution.”.",
