# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 10th December 2002.
(2) These Regulations apply to all appeals to the Tribunal where the notice of appeal is entered in the records of the Tribunal on or after 10th December 2002.
