Regulation 17 Amendment

In regulation 26(1) following “tendered to him” in sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“; and

(e)

no summons shall require a person under the age of 12 to attend and give evidence at the hearing except where the President determines that the evidence of such a person is necessary to enable the fair hearing of the appeal”.
