  "text": "(1) In regulation 2(1)—\n(a) following the definition of “child’s statement”, insert—\n““the Disability Claims Regulations” means The Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (General Provisions and Disability Claims Procedure) Regulations 2002;”;\n(b) in the definition of “parent”, omit “, except in regulations 7, 30(2) and (8) and 39(6),” and following “has made” insert “or may make”;\n(c) in the definition of “the tribunal”, for “Special Educational Needs Tribunal” substitute “Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal”, and following “4(1)” insert “of the Disability Claims Regulations”;\n(d) for the definition of “working day”, substitute—\n““working day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, any day from 25th December to 1st January inclusive, Good Friday, the first Monday in May, any day in August or a day which is a bank holiday in England and Wales within the meaning of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971;”.\n(2) Omit regulation 2(2).",
