# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 7: Amendment


For sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of regulation 10 substitute—
“(a) at a hearing; or
(b) at any other time, by sending written notification to the Secretary of the Tribunal.”.
