  "text": "(1) The Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 13(4) (appeal application), in the Welsh text—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (c)(ii) substitute—\n“(ii) ysgol annibynnol, drwy gadarnhad ysgrifenedig bod y person sy'n gwneud yr apêl wedi hysbysu perchennog yr ysgol am fwriad y person i ofyn am enwi'r ysgol annibynnol yn y datganiad;”; and\n(b) after sub-paragraph (c)(ii) insert—\n“(iii) ysgol annibynnol, drwy gadarnhad ysgrifenedig gan berchennog yr ysgol bod lle ar gael yn yr ysgol i'r plentyn.”.",
