# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012, Regulation 11: Membership of tribunal panel

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to regulation 45(5), a tribunal panel must consist of a person appointed as a Chair and two other members.
(2) For each hearing—
(a) the Chair must be the President or a person selected by the President from the panel of persons appointed under section 333(2) of the 1996 Act; and
(b) the two other members must be persons selected by the President from the education panel.
