# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012, Regulation 34: Particulars and supplementary statements

The President or the tribunal panel may give directions requiring any party to provide in or with that party’s case statement such particulars or supplementary statements as may reasonably be required for the determination of the appeal or the claim.
