# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 2001, Regulation 10: Withdrawal of appeal


The parent may withdraw his appeal—
(a) at any time before the hearing of the appeal by sending to the Secretary of the Tribunal a notice signed by him;
(b) at the hearing of the appeal.
