# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 2001, Regulation 42: Miscellaneous powers of the tribunal


(1) Subject to the provisions of the 1996 Act and these Regulations, a tribunal may regulate its own procedure.
(2) A tribunal may, if it thinks fit, make a decision in terms agreed in writing by the parties.
