# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 2001, Regulation 52: Revocation and saving


The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 1995 are hereby revoked, except in relation to any appeal where the notice of appeal was entered in the records of the Tribunal before 1st September 2001, and those Regulations shall continue to apply to such an appeal.
