# The Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Time Limits) (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Time Limits) (Wales) Regulations 2001.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(3) These Regulations apply only in relation to Wales.
