# The Special Guardianship Regulations 2005, Regulation 22: Relevant authority for the purposes of section 24(5)(za) of the Act

Extent: E+W

For the purposes of section 24(5)(za) of the Act (persons qualifying for advice and assistance) the relevant authority shall be the local authority which last looked after the person.
