# The Special Health Authorities Abolition Order 2005, Article 22: Winding up of affairs of the Special Health Authorities


It shall be the duty of the NHSLA to take such action as may be necessary for the winding up of the affairs of the FHSAA (SHA), including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the FHSAA (SHA) and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
