# The Special Health Authorities Abolition Order 2005, Article 23: Winding up of affairs of the Special Health Authorities


It shall be the duty of the Information Centre to take such action as may be necessary for the winding up of the affairs of the NHSIA, including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the NHSIA and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
