# The Special Health Authorities Abolition Order 2005, Article 24: Winding up of affairs of the Special Health Authorities


It shall be the duty of the Institute to take such action as may be necessary for the winding up of the affairs of the HDA, including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the HDA and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
