Article 25 Winding up of affairs of the Special Health Authorities

It shall be the duty of the NPSA to take such action as may be necessary for the winding up of the affairs of the NCAA, including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the NCAA and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
