  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make amendments to regulations concerning the membership and procedure of certain Special Health Authorities to provide that they must hold a public meeting at which their annual report is presented.\nRegulation 2 amends the Prescription Pricing Authority Regulations 1990.\nRegulation 3 amends the Dental Vocational Training Authority Regulations 1993.\nRegulation 4 amends the Microbiological Research Authority Regulations 1994.\nRegulation 5 amends the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995.",
