# The Special Health Authorities (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Dental Vocational Training Authority Regulations 1993


After regulation 7 of the Dental Vocational Training Authority Regulations 1993 add the following regulation—
“Public meeting
8 If, in pursuance of regulation 7 of these Regulations, the Secretary of State directs the Authority to make an annual report to him for any particular year orfor each year, the Authority shall present the report at a public meeting held not later than 30 days after the date on which the report was made.”.
