# The Special Health Authorities (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Microbiological Research Authority Regulations 1994


After regulation 7 of the Microbiological Research Authority Regulations 1994 add the following regulation—
“Public meeting
8 If, in pursuance of regulation 7 of these Regulations, the Secretary of State directs the Authority to make an annual report to him for any particular year or for each year, the Authority shall present the report at a public meeting held not later than 30 days after the date on which the report was made.”.
